Being a listed building within the Dartmoor National Park took the team time a long time to get all the agreements from all the relevant parties.  Once on site the full roof coverings including lead, slate and flat roofing were replaced.  The slate had reclaimed slate installed and a new Built Up Insulated felt system installed.
