Our Work
We are fully qualified and licensed to conduct drone (UAV – Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) surveys in order to view sites and provide accurate and cost effective estimates for roofing projects along with inspecting works.
Drone surveys enable us to get a full perspective of each site and very importantly allow you to see what you rarely get to see. This transparency is something that our clients welcome given they have budgets to control. Our qualified drone surveyors will produce comprehensive digital files to inform experienced recommendations and more accurate estimates.
There are a number of advantages for both parties:
Site access
It enables quick access to images rather than the traditional survey which could incur significant cost in terms of access (hire of fixed or powered access scaffolding) and time.
Site disturbance
Heritage or older industrial sites are also challenging due to the risk of damaging the roof to gain access or inspect and remove asbestos before we are able to conduct the roof survey.
Site closure
For health and safety reasons we sometimes need to close the site in order to gain access to the roof and eliminate risk to you. Understandably, this is a real problem in commercial and industrial environments and a sensitive issue in housing work.
