Extremely complex project with multiple trades working together to get the job completed, all whilst working around the busy Plymouth Primary School.

Returned the bell tower to its former glory by replacing with new powder coated metal units and new Code 5 lead roofs.

In a matter of days we installed new decking, primed and added a 2 layer felt system.

CBRE determined that the roof was failing badly so we were contracted to cut and seal the existing roof membrane and then install a new torch on bituminous felt system on top

Installation of new BMI Built up BUR Single Ply system with extensive green roofing system.

We ensured all works could be completed whilst keeping the school operational.
